Blue screen, memory dump, BCCode 109

Hi,
I have some problems with my computer. Sometimes, i have a blue screen and memory dumped. It can happen every 30 mins or not at all during more than 4 hours.
I don't understand... (mostly because i'm not very good with computers).
This is what windows says after the reboot:

It most probably has to do with your system's ram; you can run memtest to check it out; here is the link for memtest86+ download, and here is the link for how to use it.
