Blue screen now black when login on

Please Help

Firstly my computer screen was blue and gave me a Error Stop c0000211 bad image check-sum , then I tried most of the advice on line nothing work then I read if I reinstall Xp the problem will go away but then the screen just when Black ….now I have tried for day to fix it done most of the things I read on line but still nothing

Few thing I have done
CTRL+ALT+Del = nothing/no change
Avira Rescue CD = No Virus and nothing / no change
Reinstalled xp = no change
F8 Boot = Nothing /no change
Memtest86= Nothing/no change

Still the screen is black it start off fine the just goes black , im running out of options please help

Please tell us about your hardware... and the cd used to attempt your reinstall.

How long did you run memtest, and what do you mean "nothing/nochange"?
(Memtest does not try to repair anything; it simply reports whether your ram is good.)

You cannot enter safe mode. So...
Have you looked at the MSKB article that relates?
