    hello
    i'm new in forum.

I have a problem, with my PC with XP SP2
When I'm playing I have this message:

    IRQL less or not equal
    STOP 0x000000d1 (0x00000009, 0x00000007, 0x00000000, 0x00000009)

And when I'm using Mozilla Firefox:

    Page Fault In Non-Paged Area
    STOP 0x00000050 (0xfab15000, 0x00000000, 0xfe3c1b49, 0x00000000)
    or
    STOP 0x00000050 (0xfd2df000, 0x00000000, 0xfe4986b1, 0x00000000)
    or
    STOP 0x00000044 (0xfca72c20, 0x00001bbe, 0x00000000, 0x00000000

This STOP 0x00000050 appear only when I'm using Firefox, with ie, I don't have the problem, but I dislike ie

I have updated my BIOS, I've tested the RAM, I've changed my graphic card drivers...

    Please help me!

    Thank you in advance

The system crashes have a regular pattern and hardware error occurs randomly. I don't think it is hardware problem. Probably it is the memory corruption caused by firefox.

Thanks for the help, now I know it's not hardware.
But, is there a solution? or I always have to use i.e?

If it is a software error at firefox, it will be fixed by the developer of firefox later.

    Hi,

The culprit maybe the Antivirus software and your version is 4 years behind.
