My PC is rebooting or bluescreening and I'm not sure why - can anyone help?

One of the 1001 event logs reads:

    Event ID: 1001
    Source: Save Dump

Description: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x100000d1 (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini100605-02.dmp.

and one of the 1003 event logs reads:

    Event ID: 1003
    Source: System Error

    Description: Error code 100000d1, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.

I've attached the five most recent minidumps in a zip file.

I'd really appreciate any help or advice as it's getting a bit annoying now.

    Thanks, gman70

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

All you minidumps crash at cmaudio.sys, which is your c-media wdm onboard sound driver.

Uninstall your onboard sound from your device manager, then reinstall with the latest drivers.
