Blue screen stop message irql not less or equal

    Hello all, I'm new here. I'm stumped with this problem and need help.
    I'm working on a friends computer and when trying to boot get the blue screen with stop message that reads IRQL not less or equal.
    Stop 0x000000D1 (0xe1be7000, 0x0000000z, 0x00000000, 0xefbcc0a5)
    Also i cannot boot into safe mode.
    Any ideas.

    This happens everytime I try to start system. How can I troubleshoot if computer will not start.
