Bluescreen/crash & freeze loop

Hello,

I've run into this issue with my girlfreinds computer. She tried to run Ad-Aware overnight last night, and the computer froze sometime when we were asleep. When we got up, she had to force shutdown and upon restarting it follows this annoying loop.

Black Screen Safe Mode/Normal Mode Screen.
(Normal Mode Select)
Computer starts up, error box pops up. 'recovered from a unexpected shutdown'
Computer Freezes
Computer Bluescreens
Computer Restarts
(repeats)

I can put it into safe mode, but not much else I can do in it to resolve the issue, i've pulled this error log from the 'recovered from a unexpected shutdown' screen, please not I had to manualy copy this over to my computer i'm on now to relay it.

Bootmgr

During the time I was trying to fix the problem, on one of the restarts BOOTMGR was declared missing, I did not even get to see the normal start screen that deals with system restore etc. It took a good 20 mins of trying to bring back the main screen to no luck.

Finaly the System Restore screen pop'ed before BOOTMGR came up, and I got into it.

Final option seems to do a Factory Image Restore, which is painful to do, there are many many things on this computer that were not backed up to any other location.

I'm semi sure that doing this will band-aid the old problem for a while.
