"I had a random blue screen that scared me because after it happened my driver was un-bootable" Do you mean that the hard drive was not bootable or unmounted? The BSOD is a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. This points to a problem with hibernation or even a video driver fault

It told me the following error:

HD0 -- Non-Boot-DIsk. Please insert a bootable disk to continue.

f1 to retry, f2 for CMOS Setup

However it did happen as it was about to hibernate, battery too low.

Yes, Also

PXE-COE: Memory Test Failure
PXE-CO6 Exiting PXE
No Bootable Drive. Please install a bootable drive and press any key to continue.

PXE=Pre-boot Execution Environment... Usually seen when there is no Hard Drive or CD/DVD drive detected. Can you boot from the CD/DVD? If both these devices can't be seen, the motherboard may be the issue here

No but... I just rebooted and for some reason it worked.

Now I think this computer's power state is actually having an issue as it never detects the hard drive after hibernating

**TESTED**

Yes I only see this after hibernating
