Bluescreen problem OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.3.

Recently, I have tried to play (and install) games and i can play for a while (5-15ish minutes)But then the screen screws up and the colours turn into horizontal lines followed by a bluescreen. When the computer restarts I get this :

I originaly thought the problem could be due to overheating (hot weather) because it was a heatwave when i started to get this, but even on a cool day i still get this issue.

Any advice?

0x8E errors are almost always caused by hardware and the horizontal lines sounds like artifacting which means either your video card is overheating or it is dying.

How to find and post your Minidump Files:

My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files.

It is these files that we need (not the folder). Attach to your next post the five most recent dumps. Notice the Manage Attachments button at the bottom when you go to post the next time. You can Zip up to five files per Zip; if you only have one or two you don’t need to zip them, just attach as is. Please do us a favor and don’t Zip each one individually.
