Bluescreen problem

i tried to install an antivirus in normal mode it always shows a bluescrenn during these times whenever i try to change my antivirus settings . pls help . thank you . memetest doesnt work i mean i mounted it but nothing happenes when i boot my computer . please help me .

the problem is over it was a virus i guess !! because i installed an antivirus it detected
rootkit virus. after that theres been no problem thanks for all the assistance .

first ,
i downloaded norton antivirus then i ran a scan it detected a few risks(virus).
but that wasn't the end of the problem . whenever i ran the internet norton kept popping up and it said 'an intrusion attempt was blocked' . after that still the bluescreen used to appear then i just googled the risk it kept showing it redirected me to a website where it told me to download kaspersky tirdsev trojan detector. it found one risk and told me to re-booted and as a part of the step i had to download malware-bytes anti malwarebytes and it detected some risks after that it re-booted and the problem was gone .

could you please tell me how to close this post and what was my problem???

The problem was your infections. Malwarebytes is excellent and Kaspersky is a very good product.
