Thanks for getting back to us and glad it is working out. What security software are you running?

i would also like to thank you for patience and cooperation without which this issue wouldn't have resolved . thank you !!!

    first ,
i downloaded norton antivirus then i ran a scan it detected a few risks(virus).
but that wasn't the end of the problem . whenever i ran the internet norton kept popping up and it said 'an intrusion attempt was blocked' . after that still the bluescreen used to appear then i just googled the risk it kept showing it redirected me to a website where it told me to download kaspersky tirdsev trojan detector. it found one risk and told me to re-booted and as a part of the step i had to download malware-bytes anti malwarebytes and it detected some risks after that it re-booted and the problem was gone .

could you please tell me how to close this post and what was my problem???

i just love this site .
    thank you .

The problem was your infections. Malwarebytes is excellent and Kaspersky is a very good product.

The mods will be the ones that close this thread. Good luck!
