Just guessing... looks like a hard drive issue. What is the make and model of the C drive? Can you test it for corruption?

My HDD is a 1 TB Western Digital, Im not sure of the make, Ive run check disk twice but I still havnt found where it saves the log

Ok just found it in event viewer, both check disk runs found no errors and 0KB of bad sectors, so im hoping that means its not a HDD problem

Edit: found out the make of the HDD;
