Boot-up Issue?

Hi all!

Okay so my computer is booting up but once it gets to the desktop the monitor goes all crazy; kind of looks like a scrambled cable channel and freezes. I've tried everything that I could think of but its still doing it? Any ideas on what is wrong?

I also did a system recovery but it still is messed up.

HP Pavilion a220n
768 Ram
geforce fx7600 GS
Audigy4 sound card

Do you get the same results when you boot in Safe Mode?

If yes, try reseating your video card.

If no, while in Safe Mode, uninstall your video card's drivers and then boot into Windows normally to reinstall the latest version.

No, it doesnt do that while in safe mode. I'll see what happens when I do that.
