I was told to post this issue in this Forum so here I am, HI! :)

Ok, I've been to the Virus and Removal Help Forum and have been redirected here regarding the issue.

Whenever I try to boot up my PC, there are times when the desktop won't load(it just shows a completely black screen) and there are times when it would completely load. When it does, however, I am unable to do anything because clicking on something in the desktop does nothing, the program never opens and the mouse just shows the loading icon. Also, not everything in the notification area pops up as usually does.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

If you notice a blinking cursor in the upper left of the monitor, the system is look for, did not find, the bootable information. That says, the partition may not be active, the bootable bit is not set, or the kernel not found. On Win/7 or 8, the BIOS may not have located the correct driver.
