Bought studio 500 PCI Version 10

I just paid a **** load of money for Studio Version 10 and can download but i cant see anything after that. How do I check to see what version of video card that i have? It requires directX9. i am using a Dell GX260. All other requirments are met and video is the only thing that I can think of. HELP....

Just type your laptop name into google you'll find the specs on there somewhere. Also what is the exact error that comes. up

THANKS for your reply. there isn't any error message and that is my problem. The "view" screen, where it displays your recorded video" is just a black box. I know I downloaded the video because there is a 29Gb file in my cruise folder.

You could try downloading any patches that are available for that software. I have that program (but a lower version) .It has a lot of bugs an errors.
