Braviax and minutara and antivirus pro 2010 problem

A friend of mine has a problem. I can't fix it for him either. He has braviax, minutara, and antivirus pro 2010. It shuts down all antispyware and antivirus programs. How do I help?

No need to worry about closing it. The mods might lock it down as being finished or what usually happens is they just fade away...
