    Use a custom urlfilter.ini, it isn't quite 'Adblock' but good enough. Then there is OSpell for spell checking, although I haven't used it.

    I started off using IE, and stuck with it for a good while until I started going out and downloading little freeware apps here and there and got viruses in the process, even from sites that were trustworthy. Heard about FF and decided to give it a shot, and stuck with it for a good 3 years. Then, about a year and a half ago, I got Opera and it's been my primary browser since. FF and IE seem slow compared to Opera as far as loading time, and then there are the built-in features that are mostly achieved through extensions in FF/IE (i.e - mouse gestures, speed dial, resuming downloads if connection is lost, etc.). It's a good, robust browser. I only use IE7 and FF when I'm designing web pages/sites and pulling up local HTML files. I may use FF as a backup in case a webpage isn't displaying correctly in Opera, but that's usually a rare occurance.

    I use FireFox, I find it more user friendly and more enthusiast based.

    A lot of sites i come across on the web have a little Firefox image saying click here to get FF or whatever. Well i made my own for Opera when i was bored. I have placed it on my myspace and will be putting it everywhere else i can.

    View the image HERE (I linked to it because it has the S word in it :O)

    Feel free to paste it anywhere you want with the code below, Opera will overtake FF with this single image :D

    It was opera but then it started acting crazy, a page would load just fine sometimes, sometimes it would just be stuck infinitely loading images (Loading Images 1648/1648) both numbers would go up at the same rate...sigh...back to firefox...:(

    I used Firefox for about two years faithfully, I started to experience issues with it about a year ago so I converted to Opera. I've just recently tried Firefox again with the assumption that everything should of been worked out through the course of a year, and, it was. I am now using Firefox again.

    Opera seemed a bit too dense or something. Very sluggish compared to Firefox in my experience.
  8. Firefox. I started out with Netscape, moved to Mozilla 1.x and then finally on to Phoenix/Firebird/Firefox when it was first released as an alpha. The early releases were just a folder you unzipped and then created a shortcut to the program. It was very light and fast back then. Opera is a nice browser and I usually have it installed, but I prefer Firefox out of personal choice.

    Firefox here, I love my extensions. There are just too many features that no other browser has to offer as a result of them.

    2 new features I think Opera needs in the next update are;

    Pages for Speed Dial
    Ability to organize feeds within folders

    That would be great :D

    My significant other recently showed me the glory that was Opera. I was a longtime Firefox user, avid Internet Exploder avoider, now I'm alllllllllllll Opera.

    I've dropped Opera on my Macs. Its just too processor intensive on my old G4s :( Firefox is about 5x worse for processor usage for some reason (might be exaggerating a bit).

    So I've switched to Safari 4 Beta, and it is really nice except its pretty slow on opening new tabs :( slower than Opera or FF. But I think that is because its trying to load its fancy 'speed dial' like interface. There is probably a way to turn that off, but it hasn't bothered me enough to look into it.

    Firefox for me as Internet Explorer has many bugs and easily penetrated by viruses. Though I never used Opera.

    I recently read in an interview somewhere that Opera are going to be working harder on making Opera perform much better on platforms other than Windows. To the standard of the Windows version I think he may have said even
