Hello again TS staff i was away since three months

But im back again

A friend posted me an issue about BSODS after changing his Service Provider

STOP: 0X0000007e(0xC0000005,0xED7928D4,0xF79ACB78,0xF79AC874)

Http.sys_Address ED7928D4

Base at stamp 41672744

STOP: 0x0000007E(0xC0000005,0xEE4636F3, 0xEDA2DBE0,0xEDA2D8DC)

He sended me thousands of minidumps but i dont have advanced experience with Wireless technology

im attaching log files can u make a quick analys for him...

Hello greenflash and welcome back.

All the minidumps crash at HTTP.sys. This is the Windows HTTP Protocol Stack Driver. They also reference SYMTDI.SYS. This is the Symantec/norton Network Dispatch Driver.

Uninstall symantec/Norton security software and try using a different security product.

Howard i contacted him again and he says he uninstalled Norton and Kaspersky products but i re-analysed log files and logs are crashing modules related to these two pruducts

he says that he might not do right uninstall process

installatin operating system again would be good solution here?

cus problem still goes on he says
