I installed the XP sp3 and went through all the processes no problem. After it finishes it reboots. Then i get the BSOD saying the file iastor70.sys caused the issue PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA...i CANNOT get into any safe mode..i have tried vga mode, debugging, everything..i cant even get into dos...What could be causing this and how can i fix it. I also installed new ram but still nothing. PLEASE HELP

SATA / RAID Configuration issue.

You have a RAID controller on your MoBo.
Intel's 82801FR SATA RAID controller

In XP, this requires some special configuration, involving System Configuration / BIOS.

See Intel's site Here

Dell support also has a support page on your issue.
Rather than reproduce it, I would like to direct you there.

IF you are still lost, please repost. I am sure someone here has hands on experience configuring SATA drives, and RAID controllers, with XP.
