BSOD after playing games for a few minutes

Hello. Since a few days back I've been gettin BSOD after playing for a few minutes in most games. This happens everytime in those games.

I have tried:

Updating all my drivers to newest version with "driver scanner" and some manual updating.

Checkdisk. Everything is fine.

sfc /scannow. Some things were wrong and could not be fixed.

with no luck.

What is wrong?

After posting this it has taken a turn for the worse. Im getting artifacts, weird colors and my graphic card is yellow in the device manager. So im guessing it's a malfunctioning graphic card?

Since I get artifacts even before I get to the logging screen, can I rule out drivers? It's a bit weird I got artifact while booting up the computer but when I logged in to windows it's fine, right now atleast.

What is the monitors make and model?

It's a Philips 220CW, about 4 years old.

I have reinstalled windows since it wouldn't boot at all. After I tried playing a game for a few minutes without any errors. Perhaps the problem is fixed, otherwise I'll be back pretty soon. Thanks for your help in any case.

Okay, no problem. Sometimes the monitor itself can cause this artifact thing, so that's why I asked. Hopefully the problem is fixed:)
