BSOD and bugcheck error

  1. sorry i am very new to this. and my computer has been acting up. crashing. on boot up. when i open games. and ive looked it up b4 but only similar situations comes up frmo windows vista 32bit. i have windows 7 64bit

    anyhow here is the even viewer logs

    also says.. the computer has rebooted from a bug check, and gives me this.
    but not always this. its both back n forth.

    computer specs are as such
    CPU: AMD Phenom II X$ 940,
    Mainboard: BIOSTAR Group TA790GXB A2+ AMD 790GX,
    Memory: DDR2 6144MBytes DDR2 Kingston 2G-UDIMM,
    Graphic: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260

    the games i play is HON and MW3.

    i also managed to get some DMP files andi uploaded them to sendspace if that helps at all.

    Use Memtest86 and check the memory. Instructions are in the link I posted

    okay sorry for the delay this is all actually for my brother so it takes some time to get done. Lol. memtest is good no errors

    results from memtest, took 22 hours, 0errors, 0 skips, 0everything was a 0
    end of report no errors found

    now can someone tell me whats up with the minidumps?

    The minidumps are extremely general. Do you have any others?

    They indicate memory or hard drive corruption. You've done the memory thing, now test the hard drive per the instructions in the link I posted earlier. Have you checked for viruses?

    yeah i made him do sfc /scannow, and scan with avg, and he did the windows check for bad sectors.

    and i said whats up with em but i forgot i never uploaded them cause the site wouldnt let me post links or upload ima try it again right now

    Still the same NTOSKRNL.SYS... and nothing more. Are you over-clocking?

    honestly i googled that and i still dont know what it is. and everything is default. no oc, nothing just hon mw3 firefox and vent are on the computer.

    It is time to start playing around with bios settings. Things like memory timing and CPU timing and voltages

    You have 6GB of memory on a Windows 7 32-bit computer... Remove all but 3GB or 2GB and see if this unstable computer settles down. A 32-bit OS can only see about 3GB of system memory

    Still try removing the memory to 2GB and see if things settle
