I get either a BSOD with IRQ_not less etc. message or I get a complete lock everyone time I play a flash or cd/dvd game.

log shows category 102 event 1003 each time

Linksys wireless G USB adapter
Soundblaster audigy 4
nvidia geforce 9400GT

I have switched video cards, tried removing soundblaster (physically), swapped ram chips with no success.

Is your onboard video adapter disabled? If not try disabling the onboard video adapter. Reboot and see what happens.
