  1. Hi!

So my friend updated hes computer with Live Update! (MSI) and now he only gets:

    Exception Processing Message
    c0000013 Parameters
    75b4bf7c 4 75b4bf7c 75b4bf7c

And the computer won't boot...I have googled but I can only find some old (2007)
forums that say that it is some kind of software failure but no one knows for sure...
So is there a easy solution for this bsod..?

    specs:
    - MS-6585
    - 2Gb DDR ram
    - ATI Radeon 9600 Pro
    - P4 @ 2.2GHz

Can you boot in safe mode?

    What OS you are using?

If it is XP, you can try to roll back system to pre-updates in question time provided that system restore is active on OS partition.

Well, if you can boot it in safe mode then, please go to C:\windows\minidump to find minidumps, and attach latest five minidumps with your next post, if something useful can be found with these may be we can fix it.
