Need help. I occasionally got BSOD when I shut down my PC. Here's the error message I got:
    BCCode : 1000007f BCP1 : 0000000D BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : 00000000
    BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 256_1

    Attached are my minidumps.

I'm not sure what these really means. Can anyone help me?

    Are you using Kaspersky antivirus?

    Well, I'm using Kaspersky pure.

I have tried to contact the manufacturer and follow their suggestion to remove and re-install the software with not much luck.

    I built the computer myself.

OS: WIndows XP sp. 3 x.32
CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 720
Video Card (built in): ATI Radeon HD 4200

The site says that Kaspersky Pure is compatible with XP sp. 3. But then again, this problem occurs right after I installed the program. Never had this problem when I was using Kaspersky Internet Security 2012.

Once again, remove Kaspersky and install MSE
