Hello, My hp G62 laptop recently experienced an unexpected shutdown with the blue screen appearing. Before the unexpected shutdown happened, my laptop was experiencing a virus attack and required a restart from my computer. However, my norton icon turned black and was not active for a while. So I asked the norton online chat to fix that problem before I did the restart. Now for every 20 minutes or so, my computer will automatically go into blue screen. Also, one night before this happens, my laptop was overheating too and shutdown because of that. How can I upload the Minidump file?
