BSOD Bccode:3b on Boot

  1. Hi all,

For a few weeks now I have been getting the error code 0x0000003b when I start windows. It happens normally when I click on someone's profile, and occasional during the "starting windows" screen. I have googled the problem, updated video drivers, ran memtest, and I have had no luck in solving the problem. This doesn't happen at any other time, only when booting.

    Anyone have any solutions?

    Thanks

Check your hard drive for errors:
Go to control panel, right-click on the C drive, select properties, Tools. Check disc for errors. Select both check boxes, and schedule a disc check on next boot up

That doesn't help. I tried booting up and a few seconds after I selected my profile, it bsod'd with the same error.

Here is the minidump. Sorry I had to zip it, it was a little too big.
