BSOD... created debuglog.txt compiled. Any thoughts?

Hello! I'm new to analyzing minidump log files, so I figured I would ask for some advice on here. Occasionally, I have been getting a BSOD, so I just created a log file from the minidump file..any suggestions on what might be causing my BSOD would be greatly appreciated. BTW, so far I tested the memory (Mem Test 4.20) and the hard drive (GWSCAN) with no problems found. And when I get a chance I'm going to test the power supply voltages with a multimeter. Thank You for any help you can provide me with.

What are the specs of this desktop computer? The offending driver has caused PCI.sys to be flagged. If you can, try using Memtest86 to test the memory:
http://www.memtest.org/
Test the memory for at least 7 passes. Any errors are not allowed

Hi! Thanks for the response. I have used memtest to test the memory already... I did 3 complete passes. But I will let it go overnight to allow for more passes. Specs are:
