    When ever I try to access the internet, when it first comes up, it goes right to the Blue Screen of Death saying the following:

    Driver_Irql_Not_Less_or_Equal
    Stop: 0x000000D1
    (0x00000000,0x00000002,0x00000001,0x8F6DEECD)

    Please reply and help as soon as possible...
    Thanks.

    Well a 0xD! error is due to a driver accessing an IRQL address it has no business doing and thus causing conflicts resulting in BSODs. The problem is we don't know what specific driver is causing the problem at this time.

    We need more information so do the following:

    Examine the “System” and “Application” logs in Event Viewer for other recent errors that might give further clues. To do this, launch EventVwr.msc from a Run box.

    * Post back this information.

    Any events that have a yellow triangle with an eclamation mark in its center or has a red X.
