BSOD error

When I first installed my NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS graphic card (second hand) to my 2gb RAM computer,it worked fine. After I installed new RAMs(2 RAM;1gb each)
I received several BSOD error messages:
- Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
- system service exception
-IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I attached minidump files with this post.

Any ideas on what's wrong?

Thank You

If the types of RAM sticks are from different manufacturer / or timings it can cause lots of BSODs. What happen if you take out the newer sticks?

Thank you for your reply, Archean

when i take out all the newer sticks, everything work fine.when i installed all 2 new stick, the BSODs came out. the wierd thing is, when i installed one of them,it seems to work fine.
for your information, im using window7 64 bit and my RAM is
2 x Samsung PC2-5300-1GB(old)
2 x Kingston PC2-6400 -1GB (New)

Ah its about same thing happened to me few months back; I had all kingston ddr2 sticks in my rig; however, suddenly i started to have mysterious BSOD's out of the blue. Upon investigation I found out that one of the ram sticks has gone bad so chucked it out and everything returned to normal; reason I have 6gb ram now ;)
