BSOD irql not less or equal error help!

okay guys so im pretty new to these computer forums and stuff.
so i just randomly got a bsod when surfing the internet, so i tried to do a systems restore, and that didnt work, so i tried uninstalling my video card drivers, which also didnt work, so i just did another system restore and gave up. i dont know what information you guys need so im just going to upload the minidumps. i cant even log in without safe mode because it keeps going to bsod.


wait. apparently my files are too large to upload. what do i do?
this day is just getting worse.

Okay so this might help.
I have windows 7 ultimate x64
Intel Core 2 Quad Cpu Q8400 @2.66GHz
4 gb corsair ram
ATI Radeon HD 4850 graphics card
P5KPL-CM ASUS intel motherboard

I got two more bsods today
this time it had the driver_irql_not_less_or_equal problem
if it helps, it said
0x000000D1 (0xFFFFF880089213AO, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFF88000C0KC50)
if I copied that right
and I have two more minidumps.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!
