BSOD irql_not_less_or_equal

I've been getting bsod every time I boot up my toshiba L745 laptop. I can use my laptop normally after rebooting every bsod shows up. It says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and it keeps bugging me. I'm using windows 7 64-bit Home Premium. Attached files are my minidumps and the info about the error. Please help me I've reformatted my laptop twice now and it keeps coming up. Thanks for reading my post

It's your choice of antivirus software that's causing this. If you have anything Norton, remove it and install:
