adpachi.sys is part of an Adaptec SATA driver. It may be part of the chipset driver package of your motherboard. What are your complete computer specs, including your motherboard make and model?

I am using HP proliant ML310 G4 server. Hardware specification is as follows:

Intel Pentium D processor @ 3.40Ghz
Intel 82801 GR Chipset Board
1GB RAM DDR2 ECC
160GB Sata HDD
DVD ROM
Intel(R) 82801GR SATA RAID Controller
ATI ES1000 Video Controller
Adaptec Serial ATA HostRAID

I receive following information in intel chipset identification utility.

Chipset
Detected Chipset: Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family
Chipset Components
Memory Controller: 82945G/GZ/P/PL
I/O Controller: Intel(R) 82801GR I/O controller hub (ICH7R) SATA Controller found in RAID mode

Integrated Graphics: This chipset does not contain integrated graphics.

I have install latest HP support Pack and update drivers and firmware.
but problem remains same.
Kindly suggest solution for adpahci.sys bsod at startup.
