BSOD need help

    My pc started to have bsod, it happens randomly about once to twice a day can someone help me fix this.. tnx.
    OS: xp pro
    Processor: amd athlon II x4 2.91ghz
    M.Board: emx-mcp61d3-icafe
    Memory: 2 gig ram
    Video: nvidia geforcve gt 220 *updated driver

    Go to start and click on RUN. Then type CMD(Command Prompt) and type "sfc /scannow" (no " " included) and give it time. When the scan is finished restart the computer...
