BSOD on Vista - please help!

Hi All,

I've been having a BSOD problem ever since upgrading my XP Pro machine to Vista. I've browsed the forums and followed the instructions for creating a debug log (attached), and was hoping someone would help me make sense of it. I would really appreciate any help!

You have a conflicting driver issue. Make sure that all of your drivers are up to date and compatible with vista. The driver name is netr70.sys located in \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\ of your windows folder.
