BSOD on warcraft dota?

hey guys...

i hope you guys can help me....i'm really having a hard time figuring out why pc goes blue screen of death whenever i play with garena(gg client)....when i had vista...it always crashes(bsod) even on 1v1!!!!i switched to xp and it still crashes 6 out of 10 times.....but when i play on my own...it doesnt bsod... the worst thing it can do is shut the program....only happens rarely.....

i have a laptop computer with:

T2050 1.6 ghz
2gb ram
intel gma 950

The laptop may be overheating...

That laptop isnt made to run games, recent ones it seems by the specs.

when i installed xp i can play 3v3 games...but it still crashes 6 out of 10....i know gma 950 graphics has a memory upto 225mb....and i know warcraft is lower than that....so i know that it could at least work in theory ^_^......and the bluescreen goes so fast i couldnt read it.....like splitsecond....

Maybe bad memory...i'm guessing here, but single player doesn't exchange data between different players, so you are less likely to BSOD. Thats mostly a guess, one time, I over clocked my RAM too far, and games just sometimes decided to shut down.
