    Hi,
I am getting an error when I boot windows, it's not even letting me run it in Safe Mode. I get a "unable to start windows" message and then it comes to BSOD saying:

    Page_Fault_In_NonPaged_Area
    Stop 0x00000050 (0x8FD08000,0x00000001,0x8f8834F3,0x00000000)

And then I can't do anything from there.

It is Vista and I really need help as soon as possible...

    Thanks.

A lot of 0x50 erors are due to faulty memory, though it can also be due to faulty viideo RAM or L2 cache RAM. Other issues can be incompatible software such as anti-virus or other hardware issues like a netwwork card.

Try booting up with only one stick of RAM in place. Switch out your sticks and do it again. See if you get system crashes. I had one bad stick out of 4 and I couldn't even boot to the splash screen.

    Hi Route44,

    I also have BSOD Page_fault 0x00000050
most of the time when I boot up my PC
I'm able to run in safe mode so shouldnt be my RAM problem

    from system log,

    0x00000050 (0xa91c908e, 0x00000000, 0x8052a8cc, 0x00000000).

    Thx for the help.

Because there really isn't enough information to go on I direct you to the following link: http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic51365.html

Follow the advice given and see if it helps you resolve the problem. And don't rule out RAM quite yet. ;)

    Keep us up-to-date.
