Bsod: Please help: Minidump attached

    hi

    i have had a random blue screen of death. It is the first time since April. I reinstalled my USB modem driver and it was ok after that.

    Please see minidump attached.

    Hi there,

    Have debugged your minidump (was duplicated). It cites hardware_disk as the culprit. And when reviewing the exception code, the dump happened because of an I/O read error.

    I would recommend testing your hard drive for bad sectors. If you give us the manufacture brand of your drive then we can match a diagnostic tool for you
