BSOD unmountable boot volume & can't open in safe mode

I have a BSOD that reads unmountable_boot_volume & can't open in safe mode.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I know I may need to lose everything on my PC to do so but i cannot afford another computer right now.

So i am looking for directions on how to restore the pc to factory settings without access to safe mode. thanks in advance!

I don't know if this will help you, but I did a quick search for the reference "unmountable_boot_volume" and found the following. The information appears to be pretty good, and it's directly from Microsoft. Here check it out if you like......

Also there was an article on e-how about this very issue, even going as far as claiming it can be repaired.

Well there you go, that should point you in the right direction................good luck! :)
