BSOD when Shutting Comp down?

It's kindove annoying and it started after I got his with quite a bit of nasty things, and I managed to get rid of those. (I got one of those popups when I left the room and they say something about your computer being Infected and install Anti-Virus now and I accidentally clicked on it.)

Now, after removing all of the Malicious Software/Malware/Viruses Ect, Ect. My Computer decided to BSOD when I shut it down, there are no Minidumps for me to Attach. Are there any other Files that I could use to Replace a Minidump?

What software did you use to remove the malware?
Did you follow the 8-step procedure?
If so, you can post youre logs and maybe they'll show something

I used a Program from the 8-Step process Super Anti-spyware. and I'm not too worried about the BSODs, I'm going to reinstall Windows, I need to repartition my Hard drive so the XP have the whole 160 GB instead of Vista/XP/Windows 7.\

I'm not too worried anyway.
