BSOD when windows are just installed and i am at setup screen

i get bsod at setup screen it stays there for some time stuck at 39 minutes at preparation for installation. then i get blue screen who also says beggining physical memory dumb or something like that.Is there anything i can do? cuz i cant enter or use windows i tried clean ram but still nothing.

ALSO I GET A savedumb.exe alert
the essential data werent position in the memory because of 1 problem in I/O in "0x000009c"

another error i get is this
Setup failed to install the product catalogs. This is a fatal error.
The setup log files should contain more information.
i have seen that they say i must delete C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CATROOT2 folder but still nothing happened

Also could this had happened when i deleted an eaisa utilities partision?

Delete any existing partitions seen in the beginning moments of the Windows install and reformat before you continue the Windows install
