  1. I have been getting some BSOD which seem to happen mostly when I am on the internet. (Firefox and Opera).

    I cannot locat the *xml files. The directory dose not seem to exist on the PC

    I am new to this forum, so please forgive me if I am not posting correctly.

    Norton (Symantec) is causing all this. What should you do?

    Seems like I need to uninstall Norton and then reinstall a fresh copy.
