    Hello,

    My sister has recently bought a Dell Laptop. And now she's getting a BSOD every time she takes out an usb stick or mp3.
    I have attached a zip file with 7 minidumps.

    Thanks in advance.

    EDIT: Accidently placed it in the wrong place. Could some place move it to BSOD Help & Support? Thanks.
