BSOD With Windows 7 and TCPIP.SYS

I've run Windows Vista Ultimate for a long time without any issues,
However, after installing Windows 7 (Clean Install with Windows Easy Tranfer) i've started to get BSODs every couple of days,
My Config is:
* Windows 7 ultimate
* 2GB RAM (2x1024)
* AMD 2800+ CPU
* ABIT NF7 M/B (Pretty Old, but worked fine in vista)
* External 1TB Disk
* O\B 100mb NIC connected to a 3com Wireless Router by Cable

This seems to happen when either Bittorent\emule is used for a while at random intervals

any help would be appriciated

*Attached 2 Minidumps result generated with DebugWiz

TCPIP.sys is a Windows driver and is used to access the whole IP protocol. It could be that bittorrent and emule are in conflict with the Windows 7 driver and vice-versa.
