Hi guys,

First post here! :)

I have a Dell Precision 6300 running XP Pro 64-bit (re-installed a month and half ago), 3 GB of RAM, Nvidia QuadroFX 1600M.
The last thing I installed was Yahoo! Widgets. I decided to reboot a couple of hours after installing and attached is the message I keep getting.

Safe Mode(with & without networking), Normal mode or last known working config. all lead to the same error message and then the machine reboots and it just keeps going on and on!

Can somebody please help me with this?

Thanks

Hi and welcome to TS,

Your BSOD is rather general unfortunately.

0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
A system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch. There are numerous individual causes for this problem, including hardware incompatibility, a faulty device driver or system service, or some software issues.

Since you cannot boot into safemode, I'd start by looking at hardware.

1) Testing your memory, heres a tutorial on running memtest. You will need to run the test for at least 7 passes, if not more. Most people will leave this running overnight.

Let us know the outcome :)
