  1. BSOD - Your computer has been shut down because it has been infected by a virus. This is in big red letters inside of a box on my grandmothers computer. I don't have access to her pc to look at it, because she lives a few states over. She tried to do a factory settings restore, but it wont let her because she has been infected. From what she has told me, she turns it on, she can press f2,f8, etc...then the error message pops up. She said she's pretty sure that message is exactly what it says..and she said there is stuff written on the bottom, but she can't remember what that says. she said it doesn't say anything like 0x000005e or w/e. so ...what now?
