BSODs Windows 7 64-bit error 0xf4

Since last night after my computer decided to go to sleep which is something I never have turned on, I've been getting random BSOD's. It started when it wouldn't wake up from the sleep.


The error in the log is :

For some reason my Crucial M4 64gb keeps on disappearing on boot and then when I get it back it goes to the bottom of the boot list, could it be the drive failing thats causing the issues ?
