Bt Tornado

I am using BT TORNADO for downloading, my download speed is great but my upload speed is terrible, sometimes it will not even upload, can anybody out there tell me what the problem is and how to correct it.

you shouldn't worry about uploading (unless you're a generous type), but whats your DL rate at btw? 300k/Bs per dl?
