I keep getting rebooted every 6-7 minutes. Before the reboot I can see in event viewer this error message.
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0xaa251863, 0xa7be3a20, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini101406-53.dmp.

Here is a copy of my minidump file. I don't know how to read this to determine what's up. I have not installed anything new or changed any drivers. Last week I put in new memory to bump me up to 1.5GB.

    Any help is appreciated.

Added info. I notice when I first logon the service svchost.exe is running and using 100% CPU. If I end this service the PC stays running and it doesn't reboot. So far I haven't seen anything else that isn't working now. Under that svchost.exe I see it is used to run the following:
    SEClogon
    SENS
    Schedule
    SRservice
    themes
    wzcsvc
    trkwks
    shellhwdetection
    w32time
    winmgmt
    wscsvc
    lanmanworkstation
    lanmanserver
    hidsvc
    nla
    netman
    audio
    browser
    cryptsvc
    dhcp
    dmserver
    ersvc
    event
    fastuserswitching
    helpsvc
    wuauserv

I've run a virus scan over and over and it does not detect anything. it is up to date and doesn't even have issues running. what's up?
