I'm having a problem with one of our warehouse computers.. Its running Windows 2000 and has restarted several times in the last month. It wouldn't be a big deal, but it's a computer that we do shipping off of and is shutting down during the middle of shipping items. I'm getting the same error messages in my event log and am attaching the dump files in hopes that someone can help me interpret my problem. I downloaded debugging tools for windows and tried opening the dump file. From what I can tell of the dump files, it's a problem with the ntoskrnl.exe process, but I don't know what it is or what's causing it and I'm not sure if I'm ever reading the dump file correctly. I've check the device manager to see if any hardware has errors, but everything seems to be fine. Can anybody help me interpret the dump files to see exactly whats causing the problem?

Probably caused by UPSELT.DLL - this looks to be a printer driver. See if you can find an update, or try uninstalling then reinstalling.
