I will build you a very nice computer. I just need to know where you are purchasing these parts from (sites). 450W is the power supply. Dont worry, I will take care of that.
Watch these videos on how to build a computer:

Are you running at 1440x900? Or 2560x1440? I can get you a keyboard. What type? Mechanical? If you only play CoD, I can get you a nice build with peripherals included. Do you plan on playing other games?

It is alright. Mechanical keyboards are much better for gaming in my opinion and last so much longer than regular cheap keyboards.
    CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K
    Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87 UD3H
    RAM: 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
    CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
    GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 660Ti
    SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128GB
HDD: 1TB WD Caviar Blue or Black (whatever matches your price range)
    PSU: Corsair HX650
    Case: Corsair 200R
    Monitor: LG 24EN33TW-B (1080P monitor)
    Keyboard: Steelseries 6GV2

That should get you to about 1000 british pounds. If you do not want to buy a monitor, tell me, since you can downgrade the GPU if you plan on playing at 1440x900.

I guess the build is fine then. Your budget allows for it.
