Building HTPC/DVR

Well I'm starting to work on my HTPC / DVR setup. I picked up a (surpassingly) decent computer for $20 at a moving sale. Has a 2.8ghz P4 dual core in it, 2 gigs DDR ram and it had Gefore 8800 GTS dual slot graphics card, but I had to steel that to replace a my 9800GT graphics that died. And it has a 600 watt power supply & a DVD drive. No hard drives tho.

So now I need to put a new graphics card in it. All I need it to do is do video play back, and down the road its going to record video via an internal TV Tuner card.

So I'm looking for any recommendations on a video card. I do want it to have an HDMI out, and be able to play back full 1080p video w/o any issues. It will be hooked up to a ~55" HDTV I will be getting this spring.

Also would like it to be fanless to keep the noise down.

From some poking around on newegg my top pick so far has been:
SAPPHIRE 100292DDR3L Radeon HD 5450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

So wondering any opinions on said card, and if it should be more than enough to do 1080p playback?

Thanks,
