I have 2 computers that have Windows XP home installed on them. Each one has the coa product key but I don't have restore CD's for them anymore. Can I buy a Windows Xp Home OEM CD an can it be used to restore the OS on either one of the computers if the computer crashed or in case anything else bad happened, thanks.

You can recover the product keys for Windows products on your computers by using magic jelly bean tool

You might also consider creating a "clone" drive backup of each system so you can restore either hard drive. EASUS has a freeware disk copy/clone tool

And in answer to your question, yea, you could also buy an XP Home CD (or have a friend's? you can use a friend's CD if you have your own product key)

btw.. i've never done it myself, but you can also try simply building your own XP home installation CD. See this link
